This website is no longer offering software services. I have retired after 50 years of employment. I've been at it pretty much non-stop since I left home at 17. I worked full-time while accruing three degrees in Computer Science; and never had a break between jobs. I can't keep up with the state and federal regulations that have evolved related to commercial software and e-commerce websites. These days software must be vetted by a third-party company that specializes in the fast evolving regulatory laws prior to transfer to the customer.

Having lived in at a multitude of residences (over 20) in 9 different states, mostly in large crowded metropolitan areas with millions of residents, I chose to retire to a small city of 55 thousand in central AZ. I moved to Prescott Arizona in 2025 and bought a piece of property near the national forest. I have since built a custom home on the property and settled into my new lifestyle.

I am leaving my LLC in the "active" state in case I do any work for friends, family, or charity. I have changed this web site in that it is now "historical". Any services mentioned, were formerly offered. I have removed some technical content adding some life history, a bit about Prescott and a tribute to my wife, who sadly passed away on January 27, 2018.
